Tanya: Now, in like (p. 505)...to animate them. (p. 507).A resume of the third method:
U - V'ahavta..., "Love your fellow as yourself.' [1]The Alter Rebbe taught that this love is an instrument, a means to "Love the Eternal your G-d." [2]This is explained in the statement, "Whoever is pleasing to man is pleasing to G-d." [3]
This service of Teshuva stems from goodness of heart.
